What information do we collect?
When you send the estimate form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email if you give one, project type, town, and message. When you call, our phone system records the number you called from, the time, and the length of the call. Calls may be recorded so we can get project details right.
How do we use it?
We use your details only to reply to you about your project, schedule a visit, and give you an estimate. Your request may be passed to the local electrical contractor who will do the estimate and the work. We don't sell your information.
What services handle your data?
The form is delivered by a third-party form service, and calls run through a call tracking service. Both store data on our behalf. The site may also use basic analytics to count visits.
